Don't miss the window
There's a clock on pre‑existing conditions.
To have a pre‑existing medical condition covered, most plans require you to buy within a short window after your first trip deposit, and to insure the full trip cost. Miss it and the waiver is usually gone.
Buy early. The waiver window is short: often within about two weeks of your first deposit. We'll check your dates and match you to a plan that can waive it, in time.
How the waiver works, in plain terms
A "pre‑existing condition waiver" means the insurer agrees not to deny a claim just because it relates to a health condition you already had. To qualify, you generally need to buy soon after your first deposit, insure the full nonrefundable trip cost, and be medically able to travel when you buy.
We'll check your dates and match you to a plan that can waive it. For anything specific to your health, a licensed agent will help.
